Therapy & Consulting
Guidance That Moves You Forward.
Therapy for people ready to reclaim their story, build resilience, and move forward with purpose.
As an LPC Associate, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges while building resilience, confidence, and lasting change. My approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and a genuine belief that healing is possible for everyone.
Before entering the counseling profession, I served in the Army and later worked as a paralegal specializing in criminal and military law. These experiences gave me a unique understanding of trauma, stress, life transitions, and the complex systems that impact individuals and families. I bring this perspective into my work, helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout their counseling journey.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, substance use concerns, and challenges related to the criminal justice system. Drawing from both my professional and personal experiences, I am particularly passionate about supporting military members, veterans, first responders, adolescents, and individuals navigating the challenges of trauma, stress, and life transitions.
My counseling style is warm, genuine, and collaborative, but also direct. I believe meaningful growth often comes from honest conversations, and I am not afraid to gently challenge unhelpful patterns, beliefs, or behaviors when appropriate. Clients often appreciate my straightforward approach, which balances compassion with accountability and practical problem-solving.
My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, develop effective coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move toward the life they want to build. I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and authenticity. I strive to meet each client where they are while honoring the diverse identities, cultures, experiences, strengths, values, and goals that shape who they are.Together, we will identify practical interventions and coping strategies that fit your personality, lifestyle, and needs—not just a one-size-fits-all list of breathing exercises or journaling prompts. Therapy should provide tools that are realistic, meaningful, and sustainable for each individual.
Seeking support is a courageous step, and I am honored to walk alongside clients as they work toward healing, growth, and personal empowerment.

You Don’t Have to Have It All Figured Out.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, therapy can help you gain clarity, build confidence, and move toward the life you want.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating life's challenges by providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care tailored to each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
Investing in your mental health is an investment in your future.
I currently offer services on a private-pay basis and do not accept or bill insurance. Private-pay therapy allows us to focus on your individual goals without the limitations that can accompany insurance requirements, such as mandatory diagnoses, treatment restrictions, or the sharing of personal health information with insurance companies.
I understand that beginning therapy is both an emotional and financial commitment. My goal is to make the process as transparent as possible so you can make an informed decision about your care. If you have questions about fees, payment options, or whether therapy is the right fit for your budget, I'm happy to discuss them with you before scheduling your first appointment.
Session Fees
Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $100
Couples/Family Therapy (50 minutes): $140
A limited number of sliding-scale appointments are available based on financial need and availability.
